I had an experience at the Seasons52 Restaurant. I wanted to try something different in lieu of the stuffed mushrooms and their traditional Greek Salad.  Today I thought I would go for a good piece of fish, so I ordered the Branzino because I had not tasted a nice piece of bass since my visit to Carpaccio’s in Florida.  Well to my surprise and somewhat of a delight the fish was not cooked all the way, when the waiter kindly removed the lemons for me. Once the young Sous Chef got word he immediately came over to apologize and explains that they had a new cook on board.  Hey, I’m easy I told him that things happen. So they re-cooked it for my takeout, and  I decided to order another entree which was their Filet Mignon with sautéed Spinach and Mushrooms. I don’t eat red meat as much as I used to, but you can never go wrong with a good piece of steak.  I enjoyed every bite! To compliment my happy dining experience they gave me dessert, armaretto cake coupled with coffee,  it was absolutely decadent.  Here is the steak and a snapshot of the menu.
